Sabastine Nwajide Okeke is a seasoned Strategic Human Resource Professional and Consultant, and Specialist in Corporate Management/Organizational Strategy, Human Capital Resourcing, Talent Optimization, Organizational Performance Management, Training & Staff Development, Organizational Development and Corporate Design. He is a Certified and Seasoned Educationist and Trainer in Entrepreneurship & Vocational Skills Development (TVET) and Published Author and Certified Career Guidance Counsellor. Sabastine is an expert on Labour Markets Information Systems (LMIS)
Sabastine holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics, a PGD in Education, an Executive MBA degree from the prestigious Lagos Business School and a PhD from NCU Florida, USA with Research focus on Counselling and Organizational Leadership. On completing his Executive MBA, Sabastine was appointed by the Management of the LBS to serve on the Curriculum Development & Learning Management Committee of the prestigious Lagos Business School. He is a Certified Financial Consultant (CFC), IFC/World Bank certified Business Edge Trainer/Accessor/Consultant and has published many Articles in Professional Magazines and Journals. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) U.K.
Sabastine is the first Nigerian to become Certified Partner of Predictive Index (PI), arguably the most preferred leading and foremost personality profiling and work behavior predictability tool/solution with active use in over 160 countries and by most of the Top 500 Companies. Sabastine is a Chartered Secretary by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Nigeria (ICSAN), Full Member of CIPMN, Fellow – Chartered Management Institute (CMI-UK), Fellow – Graduate Academy of Management (GAM-USA), and a Certified Human Resources Analyst (CHRA). He is a Full Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) – MNIM and also a Certified Management Practitioner (CMP) by the NIM. Full Member of Nigeria Institute for Training and Development (MITD), Member – Association for Talent Development (ATD-USA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-USA) and is licensed by APCON as an Associate Registered Practitioner of Advertising (arpa). Sabastine is Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIarb) UK, also an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) Nigeria. He is a TPMA Certified Trainer – With the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI) USA.
Sabastine has served on a number of strategic professional bodies and committees including: The Human Capital Executive Research Board (Talent Management Magazine USA), the Business Intelligence Board (Chief Learning Officer Magazine) HCM Advisory Group USA, the Strategic Planning and Implementation Committee (SPIC) of the CIPM Nigeria, Member – Africa Advisory Board, The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council – USA, among others.
Prior to his current role as CEO of MasterMindsHRSG Consulting, Sabastine worked with Human Edge Limited as Senior Consultant/Group Head – Human Resources Development. He worked with Maersk Nigeria Limited where he had oversight responsibility for Training, Competency Development and Performance Management. He also worked with DDB as Human Resources Director.
Dr. Okeke is the Director, Centre for Enterprise Management & Research (CEMAR) and also lectures with the University of Ibadan School of Business (UISB – CEMAR Lagos) and serves on the Board of Directors of many companies including Peniel Microfinance Bank, Haggai Zuriel Schools, and he is the President of Superbrands Nigeria, among other positions.
Sabastine is a Pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and is married to Abiola and they have four children.
